people granted student visas and/or permits to study towards postgraduate qualifications,
may apply for and be issued or granted a multiple entry work visa/permit under this policy.
Work visas and permits will be issued or granted for the same period as the student visa and permit held by the applicant’s partner subject to the generic policy requirements at E4.5 being met.
Any work visas and permits issued or granted under this policy, may be endorsed with conditions that allow work for any employer.
