在Anaconda的虚拟环境中安装pytorch

【错误显示】:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cpuonly (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for cpuonly

1.首先是创建虚拟环境，然后用activate激活环境
2.进入pytorch官网，https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/
在第三行选择pip的，不要选conda的，然后如果电脑支持GPU，就打开NVIDIA控制面板看支持什么版本的CUDA
这个最新版的不支持10.2的，可以选择10.3的，我是选择原来的版本，然后选了一个pip的，如果安装的慢，就在后面加 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
